Diplomová práca sa zaoberala traumatologickým plánovaním v zdravotníckych zariadeniach v Českej a Slovenskej republike. Hlavným cieľom práce bola komparácia a návrh opatrení k optimalizácii traumatologických plánov vybraných zdravotníckych zariadení v Českej a Slovenskej republike. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti práce bol využitý rešerš dostupnej odbornej literatúry, boli v nej charakterizované zdravotnícke zariadenia v Českej a Slovenskej republike, krízová pripravenosť zdravotníctva, súvisiaca legislatíva, traumatologické plánovanie a ďalšie súvisiace termíny ako napríklad triedenie, teda určenie priority ošetrenia a hromadný príjem pacientov. V praktickej časti práce boli použité kvalitatívne metódy výskumu ako je pozorovanie a analýza výskumných objektov, teda traumatologických plánov vybraných zdravotníckych zariadení v Českej a Slovenskej republike, ktoré boli vybrané na základe expertného odhadu a následne bola realizovaná ich komparácia, spracovanie a vyhodnotenie SWOT analýz. Nasledovalo celkové zhodnotenie získaných výsledkov, na základe ktorých boli spracované návrhy k optimalizácii traumatologických plánov. Výsledky tejto diplomovej práce poukázali najmä na dôležitosť aktualizácie a zároveň aj na význam podrobne a prehľadne spracovaných traumatologických plánov a potrebu organizácie cvičení, respektíve školení zamestnancov zdravotníckych zariadení, ktoré by prispeli k efektívnejšej krízovej pripravenosti zdravotníckych zariadení. This diploma thesis analyzes trauma planning in health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The aim of this work was to compare and propose measures to optimize trauma plans of selected health care facilities in Czech and Slovak Republics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis was used a search of available literature and there were characterized health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics, crisis preparedness of health care, related legislation, traumatological planning and other related terms such as triage- prioritizing treatment and mass admission of patients. In the practical part of the diploma thesis were used qualitative methods such as observation and analysis of research objects, therefore trauma plans of selected health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics, which had been selected on the basis estimation of experts, followed by comparison of already used trauma plans and SWOT analyzes had been processed and evaluated. After that overall evaluation of the obtained results and on their basis had been prepared proposals for the optimalization of trauma plans. The results of this diploma thesis pointed out the importance of updating trauma plans and the importance of detailed and clearly processed trauma plans and the necessities of exercising and training employees from health care facilities, which would contribute to be more effective in crisis preparedness of health care facilities.
