Tématem bakalářská práce jsou nežádoucí reakce kontrastních látek. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem kontrastní látky, historie a jejich vlastnosti. V teoretické části je také vymezen pojem farmakovigilance. Dále je zde uvedeno dělení pro jednotlivé diagnostické metody, nežádoucí reakce na podání kontrastních látek u jednotlivých diagnostických metod, první pomocí při alergické reakci na KL a hlášení podezření na nežádoucí účinky. Teoretická část je zpracována z odborných publikací, článků a internetových stránek formou literární rešerše. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat výskyt nejčastějších reakcí na určité kontrastní látky. Tento cíl byl podpořen dvěma výzkumnými otázkami: ,,Jaké nejčastější druhy reakcí se u pacienta vyskytují? Které látky nejčastěji vyvolávají nežádoucí reakci? Jakým způsobem personál řeší projevy nežádoucích účinků?" K naplnění cíle a výzkumných otázek bylo použito dotazníkové šetření zahrnujících 33 respondentů z oboru radiologický asistent. Dotazník obsahoval otázky týkající se výskytu nejčastějších nežádoucích reakcí kontrastních látek, první pomoci při výskytu takových reakcí a dalších informací souvisejících s nežádoucími reakcemi kontrastních látek. The main topic of this bachelor thesis are adverse reactions to radiographic contrast material. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of contrast agents, history and their properties. The theoretical part also defines the concept of pharmacovigilance. I also present the division of individual contrast material according to diagnostic methods, adverse reactions after the application of contrast material in individual diagnostic methods, first aid in the case of an allergic reaction to contrast material and the reporting of suspected adverse reactions. The theoretical part is processed from professional publications, articles and websites in the form of literary review. The aim of my work was to map the occurrence of the most common reactions to specific contrast material. This aim was supported by two research questions: "Which are the most common types of reactions? Which controst material most often cause an adverse reaction? How do staff deal with side effects? " The aim and research question was fullfilled with questionary survey, the survey was attended by 33 responders (radiological assistants). The questionnaire included questions related to the occurrence of the most common adverse reactions of contrast agents, first aid for adverse reactions and other information related to adverse reactions of contrast agents.
