Cílem diplomové práce je deskripce a analýza prvků komunikace, kterými se učitelé v praxi snaží zefektivnit svou výuku. Autorka sleduje variabilitu komunikace učitele s žáky v jednotlivých vyučovacích hodinách v závislosti na daném prostředí školní třídy, technických vybavenostech učebny, délce praxe pedagoga a s ohledem na další proměnlivé jevy a aspekty související s tímto tématem. Výzkum samotný je podpořen polostrukturovanými rozhovory s jeho účastníky, což dokresluje obraz pozorované pedagogické situace. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní teoretické poznatky na téma komunikace. Nejprve z obecného hlediska a poté i z hlediska konkrétního - komunikace ve škole (školním prostředí) s přihlédnutím ke všem možným proměnným, které takovouto komunikaci ovlivňují. Část praktická pak zkoumá pedagogickou komunikaci ve vyučovacích hodinách na nižším i vyšším stupni gymnázia - Gymnázia Bohumila Hrabala v Nymburce. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the elements of communication by which teachers in practice try to make their teaching more effective. The author is monitor the variability of teacher communication with pupils in individual teaching hours depending on the given school classroom environment, the technical facilities of the classroom, the length of the teacher's practice and with regard to other variable phenomena and aspects related to this topic. The research itself is supported by semi-structured interviews with its participants, which illustrate the picture of the observed pedagogical situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, basic theoretical knowledge on the topic of communication is processed. First from a general point of view and then from a specific point of view - communication in the school (school environment) taking into account all possible variables that affect such communication. The practical part then examine pedagogical communication in teaching hours at the lower and upper level of the grammar school - Gymnázium Bohumila Hrabala v Nymburce.
