Práce se zabývá sociální prací s rodinami a dětmi s nařízenou ústavní výchovou, která je vykonávána sociálními pracovníky oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Teoretická část charakterizuje pojem rodina, seznamuje s rizikovými faktory v rodině, vymezuje pojem sociálně-právní ochrana dětí a ústavní výchova. Pozornost je dále věnována úkonům sociálního pracovníka v kontextu ústavní výchovy. V praktické části jsou zjišťovány nedostatky v sociální práci s rodinou a umístěnými dětmi. Respondenty jsou sociální pracovníci oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V rámci výzkumu byly zjištěny nedostatky v oblasti pracovního zázemí, nedostatky při výkonu sociální práce, ve spolupráci s institucemi a nedostatky spojené s právní úpravou. The thesis deals with social work with children and families with the institutional upbringing injunction, which is execute by social workers from the department of social law protection of children. The theoretical part generally characterizes the terms family, introduce to risk factors en famille and define the term social law protection of children and institutional upbringing. Attention paid to acts of the social worker in context of institutional upbringing. The practical part are being ascertained deficiencies of social work with family and placed children into the institutional care.The respondents of this research are social workers of department of protection of children according to social-law social law protection of children. In terms of research were to be ascertained deficienciesin working facilities, deficiencies in the exercise of social work in cooperation with other institutionsand deficiencies conected to legal regulations.
