Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání konkrétních nabídek stavebního spoření z vybraných institucí, které působí na českém trhu. Práce obsahuje principy, fungování a podmínky pro založení stavebního spoření. Z informací získaných z dotazníku zaměřeného na oblibu stavebního spoření mezi obyvatelstvem, jež je součástí práce, vyplývá, že stavební spoření se stále hojně využívá jako produkt pro úsporu peněz mezi ostatními finančními produkty. Při určování nejlepší nabídky je využito vícekriteriální rozhodování, kde jsou zahrnuty a zohledněny všechny důležité faktory pro výběr vhodné nabídky stavebního spoření. Pro porovnání jsou vybrány instituce Modrá pyramida, ČSOB a Moneta. Podklady pro srovnání nabídek jsou shromažďovány prostřednictvím rozhovoru ve vybraných institucích. Závěrem bakalářské práce je stanovení nejvýhodnější nabídky stavebního spoření ze tří vybraných institucí. The bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of specific building savings offers at selected institutions operating on the Czech market. The thesis contains functioning and conditions for the establishment of building savings. The information obtained from the questionnaire focused on the popularity of building savings among the population, shows that building savings is still widely used as a product to save money among other financial products. When determining the best offer, multicriteria decision-making is used, where all important factors for selecting a suitable building offer are included and taken into account. The institutions Modrá pyramida, ČSOB and Moneta are selected for comparison. The data for the comparison of offers are collected through an interview in selected institutions. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is to determine the most advantageous offer of building savings from the three selected institutions.
