Závěrečná kvalifikační práce se prostřednictvím aplikace metod analýzy, komparace a syntézy zaměřuje na problematiku ekonomiky a sociálního zabezpečení zájmových skupin obyvatelstva ve služebních poměrech v ozbrojených silách a bezpečnostních sborech České republiky. Práce prostřednictvím interdisciplinality (ekonomie, práva apod.) sleduje aktuální problém, který souvisí s otázkami efektivnosti zajištění obranyschopnosti a bezpečnosti státu na straně jedné a veřejných výdajů na sociální zabezpečení na straně druhé. V rámci takto nastavené metody jsou stanoveny patřičné závěry a náležitá doporučení, která směřují k posílení zmíněné efektivnosti a následně i k celkové makroekonomické stabilitě. The final qualification work through the application of methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis focuses on the issues of economics and social security of interest groups in the service in the armed forces and security forces of the Czech Republic. Through interdisciplinarity (economics, rights, etc.), the work follows the current problem, which is related to the issues of the effectiveness of ensuring the defense and security of the state on the one hand and public spending on social security on the other. Within the method set in this way, appropriate conclusions and appropriate recommendations are set, which aim to strengthen the mentioned efficiency and, consequently, to overall macroeconomic stability.
