Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-didaktického charakteru. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sestavení didaktického postupu automyofasciálního uvolňování za pomoci různých pomůcek. Práce je rozdělena na část analytickou a syntetickou. Část analytická se zabývá teoretickými problémy a rozebírá literaturu týkající se této problematiky. Jsou zde rozebrány témata jako anatomie svalů a fascií, pohybový systém a metody práce s fasciemi. Část syntetická popisuje provedení cviků zaměřených na myofasciální uvolňování. Jsou zde uvedeny i možné příčiny vzniku bolesti a případné kontraindikace cvičení. Každý cvik je zdokumentován odpovídající fotodokumentací. V závěru byl shrnut výsledek bakalářské práce a její průběh. This bachelor thesis has theoretical and didactic character. Purpose of this bachelor thesis was to set up a didactic process of automyofascial release with different tools. This thesis is divided into analytical and synthetic parts. The analytical part is concerned with theoretical problems. It also deals with scientific literature about this topic. Topics described in analytical part are anatomy of muscles and fascia, locomotor system and methods of works with fascial system. The synthetic part describes execution of exercises focused on myofascial release. There are described possible causes of pain and possible contraindications. Every exercise is pictured in correct photo documentation. In the conclusion is described the result of this bachelor thesis.
