Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím aplikací mobilních telefonů určených k podpoře pohybových aktivit studentů gymnázia a v jakém rozsahu ovlivňují jejich pohybové aktivity ve volném čase. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o volném čase, adolescencí a jejími problémy, pohybovou aktivitou a mobilními technologiemi. Druhá část práce se zabývá výzkumem, do kterého byli zařazeni studenti vybraného gymnázia v Českých Budějovicích. Výzkumný soubor tvoří studenti vyššího stupně víceletého gymnázia. Zjišťování, do jaké míry jsou u studentů využívány aplikace mobilních telefonů určené k podpoře pohybových aktivit a v jakém rozsahu ovlivňují pohybové aktivity v jejich volném čase bylo provedeno pomocí anonymního dotazníku a vybrané fitness aplikace. Data byla dále zpracována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a naměřené hodnoty průměrného počtu kroků ze dvou období porovnány mezi sebou. This graduation thesis deals with the use of mobile phone applications designed to support the physical activities of high school students and the extent to which affect physical activities in their leisure time. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about leisure time, adolescence and its problems, physical activity and mobile technologies. The second part of the thesis deals with research, which included students of a selected high school in České Budějovice. The research group consists of students of a higher level of a multi-year high school. Finding out to what extent students use mobile phone applications designed to support physical activities and to what extent it affects physical activities in their free time was done using an anonymous questionnaire and selected fitness application. The data were further processed using descriptive statistics and the measured values of the average number of steps from the two periods were compared with each other.
