[cze][eng] Tématem této bakalářské práce je adaptace seniorů v Domově pro seniory Horní Stropnice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují adaptační proces v domově pro seniory. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy stáří a stárnutí. Jsou zde vymezeny jak věkové hranice určující stáří, tak představen pohled společnosti na stáří včetně popisu biologických, psychologických a sociálních změn týkající se stárnutí. Dále se teoretická část zabývá potřebami a kvalitou života seniorů, péčí o seniory v rodině, ve zdravotnictví a nabízenými službami sociální péče. Nedílnou součástí této části je také definice adaptace a adaptačního procesu na stáří a na pobyt v domově pro seniory. Adaptační proces je ovlivněn nejen přípravou na stáří, ale i přístupem k aktivnímu stárnutí. Praktická část popisuje samotný výzkum, zvolenou strategii kvalitativního výzkumu, metodu dotazování a techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s použitím návodných otázek. Výzkumný soubor byl určen záměrným účelovým výběrem, aby vybraný vzorek přesně odpovídal zaměření výzkumu. Pro zpracování získaných dat byla použita metoda trsů a třídění do kategorií dle tematické podobnosti. Zvolená metoda a technika výzkumu byla vybrána s ohledem na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, a to: Jaké faktory mají vliv na adaptaci seniorů v Domově pro seniory Horní Stropnice? Z provedeného výzkumu vyplývá, že velmi důležitou roli při adaptaci v domově pro seniory hrají 3 faktory. Za prvé jsou to vztahy, a to s rodinou seniora, časté kontakty s ní a její podpora, dále vztahy s personálem domova, jejich vstřícnost a ochota. Za druhé je to psychický stav klienta, jeho osobnostní nastavení a přístup k životu a stáří, současně také dobrovolný souhlas s umístěním do domova pro seniory a možnost osobní spirituality. A za třetí se na úspěšné adaptaci podílí také prostředí domova pro seniory, jeho vnitřní i vnější prostředí a okolí. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the adaptation of seniors in the home of elderly Horní Stropnice. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what factors affect the adaptation process in the home for the elderly. The theoretical part defines the concepts of old age and ageing. Both age limits determining age and society's view of old age, including a description of biological, psychological and social changes related to ageing, are defined here. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the needs and quality of life of the elderly, the care of the elderly in the family, in the health sector and the social care services offered. An integral part of this part is also the definition of adaptation and adaptation process for old age and stay in a home for the elderly. The adaptation process is influenced not only by the preparation for old age, but also by the approach to active ageing. The practical part describes the research itself, the chosen qualitative research strategy, the method of questioning and the technique of a semi-structured conversation using instructional questions. The research set was determined by deliberate purpose-built selection so that the selected sample accurately corresponded to the focus of the research. The method of groups and classification by thematic similarity was used for the processing of the data obtained. The chosen method and technique of research was selected with regard to the main research question, namely: What factors affect the adaptation of seniors in the Home for the elderly Horní Stropnice? From the research carried out, 3 factors play a very important role in adaptation in the home for the elderly. First, it is relationships, namely with the family of the senior, frequent contacts with her and her support, as well as relationships with the staff of the home, their friendliness and willingness. Secondly, it is the mental state of the client, his personality settings and access to life and old age, at the same time also voluntary consent to the placement in the home for the elderly and the possibility of personal spirituality. And thirdly, the environment of the home for the elderly, its internal and external environment and surroundings is also involved in the successful adaptation.
