Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikáním na volné noze neboli freelancingem. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu freelancerů v České republice a identifikace kladů a záporů podnikání na volné noze. Pro naplnění cíle práce byl dále stanoven dílčí cíl - průzkum využití marketingových strategií a nástrojů českých freelancerů. Aktuální stav podnikání na volné noze je analyzován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník je vytvořen v elektronické podobě a adresován českým freelancerům z různých profesních odvětví. Některé výsledky z dotazníku jsou porovnávány s výsledky výzkumu Roberta Vlacha z roku 2017. Výsledné grafy ukazují současný stav nezávislých pracovníků v České republice, jejich marketingové strategie a výhody i nevýhody této formy podnikání. Na základě zjištěných nevýhod podnikání na volné noze bylo mnou navrženo řešení, jak situaci zlepšit. The thesis deals with a freelance business. The main goal of the thesis is to identify the pros and cons of a freelancers business and to present the current state of freelancers in the Czech Republic. The current state of the freelance business is analysed by means of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is in electronic form and is intended for Czech freelancers from the different disciplines. The questionnaire focuses mainly on the field of marketing of freelancers. These answers of 125 respondents are brought into graphs. Some of the results from the questionnaire are compared with those of Robert Vlach´s research. These resulting research charts show the current state of freelancers in the Czech Republic.
