Každému z nás se může kdykoliv přihodit to, že se stane svědkem události, kdy se někdo dostane do situace, která ho může bezprostředně ohrožovat na životě. Pro někoho je samozřejmostí zachovat si chladnou hlavu a bez většího zaváhání je schopen přistoupit k záchraně lidského života. Takových lidí je však méně než těch, kteří vlivem své neznalosti v poskytování neodkladné resuscitace mohou ohrozit šanci na život ostatních tím, že nejsou schopni sami poskytnout základní první pomoc. Operační střediska zdravotnických záchranných služeb znají způsob, jak těmto lidem pomoci v naléhavých situacích a zachovat se správně. Tímto způsobem je poskytování Telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace (dále jen TANR), kdy pracovník operačního střediska je schopen v bezprostředním ohrožení života pomocí telefonního přístroje a spolupráce laika zachránit život člověka blízkého i život člověka zcela neznámého. Tato bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části popisuje činnost zdravotnické záchranné služby, hlavní úkoly a náplň práce operačního střediska a jejich pracovníků. Definuje také pojem Telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace. Popisuje také způsob, jak a v jakých situacích provádět neodkladnou resuscitaci. Výzkum této práce probíhal formou dotazníků na dispečerech Zdravotnických záchranných služeb Moravskoslezského a Zlínského kraje. Dotazník obsahoval otázky, týkající se jejich znalostí a zkušeností v poskytování TANR. Díky tomuto výzkumu jsem došla k závěru, že TANR je pro pracovníky operačních středisek způsob, jak lze v naléhavých situacích pomoci lidem postiženým těžkou život ohrožující situací. Any time soon each of us can become a witness to a situation when someone else´s life is at immediate risk. Some people naturally remain calm and without major hesitations start saving the human life. However, there are fewer such people than those who, as a result of insufficient knowledge about urgent resuscitation, may endanger the chance of survival of others, because they are not able to provide basic first aid. Operation centers of medical emergency services know how to help such people to respond properly in emergency situations. The employed method is called the dispatcher-assisted telephone-guided cardiopulmonary resuscitation (the Czech acronym is TANR), which means that a worker of the operation center uses, in a life-threatening situation, a telephone to guide the person who can save life of a close person or even life of a stranger. This bachelor thesis in its theoretical part describes activities of the medical emergency service, the main tasks and content of work performed by the operating centers and its personnel. It also defines the term ``dispatcher-assisted telephone-guided cardiopulmonary resuscitation{\crqq}. The thesis describes methods of urgent resuscitation and in which situations they should be performed. The survey for this thesis was based on questionnaires distributed to dispatchers of medical emergency services in the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions. The questionnaire contained questions concerning their knowledge of and experience with the provision of TANR. Based on the survey I have come to the conclusion that TANR represents for the workers of operating centers a method to assist people in difficult, life-threatening situations.
