Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve zvoleném prostředí. Všechny informace jsou shromažďovány prostřednictvím dotazníků a dalších rozhovorů se dvěma manažery. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit seznam způsobů a metod motivace a stimulace a ukázat jejich výhody a nevýhody. Prostřednictvím výzkumu jsou společnosti XXXLutz České Budějovice a Mobelix České Budějovice. Oba jsou nábytkářské společnosti. Kritéria pro hodnocení pracovního prostředí jsou: průměrný plat, zaměstnanecké výhody, spokojenost pracovníků, možnost dalšího vzdělávání a vzdělávání a přístup společnosti k současné situaci Covid-19. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty váhy důležitosti kritérií jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro společnost. Společnosti budou moci z tohoto průzkumu čerpat v příštích několika letech. Očekává se také zlepšení komunikace mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavatelem. This bachelor's thesis deals with the ways of motivation and stimulation of employees in a chosen environment. All the information is gathered through questionnaires and further interviews with two managers. The main goal is to make a list of ways and methods of motivation and stimulation, as well as showing their advantages and drawbacks. The environments under research are the companies XXXLutz České Budějovice and Mobelix České Budějovice. Both of them are furniture companies. The criteria for the working environment evaluation are: the average salary, the employee benefits, the satisfaction of workers, the opportunity of further training and education, and the company approach to the current Covid-19 situation. At the end of the thesis, the weights of the importance of criteria for both employees and the company are summarized. The companies will be able to draw from this survey over the next few years. Communication between employees and the employer is also expected to improve.
