Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat systém odměňování ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout možné změny ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Vedlejším cílem je popsat roli motivace zaměstnanců v úspěšném rozvoji moderní společnosti. Hlavním problémem odměňování zaměstnanců je problém vytvoření adekvátního, spravedlivého a motivujícího systému odměňování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která popisuje hlavní teorie motivace a odměňování, a praktickou část, která popisuje systém odměňování a motivace ve vybrané organizaci. Součástí praktické části je také dotazník vyplněný zaměstnanci vybrané organizace a jeho následné vyhodnocení. Poslední část práce popisuje způsoby zlepšení systému motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců organizace a jejich spokojenost.
