Diplomová práce se týká problematiky stresu a stress managementu na pracovišti. Cílem je zkoumání vlivu stresu a stresových faktorů a jejich příčiny. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a vedeného rozhovoru jsou navrženy změny v současném stresmanagementu společnosti, a to i ve finančním vyjádření. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of stress and stress management in the workplace. The aim of the diploma thesis was to research the influence of stress, stress factors and their causes. Based on a questionnaire survey and an interview, changes are proposed in the current stress management of the company, including in financial terms.
