Sebepoškozování dětí a mladistvých. Sebepoškozování je do společnosti rozšiřující se fenomén, projevující se především mezi adolescenty. V České republice neexistuje mnoho informací o tomto jevu. Pojem sebepoškozování označuje určitou formu komunikace, směr, jak vyjádřit své pocity a emoce. Představuje jednání bez úmyslného a cíleného záměru zemřít, jehož důsledkem je poškození fyzické integrity bez letálního dosahu. V teoretické části jsou obsažené informace o sebepoškozování, vztahu sebepoškozujícího a suicidálního chování, formách, příčinách, důvodech, výskytu jevu, průběhu aktu a terapie. Praktická část je tvořena kasuistikou dnes již dospělé ženy. Pro získání dat byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, metoda analýza dokumentů - technika obsahová analýza. Dále byla uplatněna metoda dotazování - technika rozhovor. Cílem bylo zjistit příčiny a důvody sebepoškozování a jak tento akt jedinci prožívají. Výzkumná práce podává informace, že sebepoškozování je nespecifickou reakcí na stresovou situaci, která přináší pocit úlevy a vnitřního uvolnění. Záměry práce byly splněny. Studie nabízí podrobný rozbor problematiky na konkrétním případu včetně vývojových fází s přihlédnutím k věku. Závěr výzkumu podává, že bakalářská práce by měla přispět k bližšímu poznání této problematiky zejména u adolescentů. Self harm in childhood and adolescence. Self harm is a phenomenon increasingly prevalent in society. It is present mainly among teenagers. There is just a little information concerning this issue in the Czech Republic. Self harm is defined as certain form f communication, a way of expressing one{\crq}s own feelings and emotions. It represents a behavior without any deliberate or aimed intention to die but with the outcome of non {--} lethally harming physical integrity. The theoretical part includes information about self harm, the relationship between self harm and suicidal behavior, its forms, causes, reasons, prevalence, and the course of the act and the therapy. The practical part consists of the case report of a woman who now reached maturity. The data were obtained from a qualitative research, document analysis method {--} technique content analysis, method questioning {--} technique interview. The objective was to determine causes and reasons for self harming behavior and how this act is perceived by the individual. This research paper reports that self harm is a non {--} specific reaction to certain stress situation and brings feelings of relief and internal release. The objectives of this paper were fulfilled. The paper offers a detailed analysis of the problem on a single case study including development stages with age impact. The conclusion of the research part reports that this bachelor{\crq}s paper may help with deeper understanding of this phenomenon found among teenagers.
