Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku začínajících učitelů, kteří v současné době již několik let v praxi působí. Práce nastiňuje zdroje zátěže u začínajících učitelů, zohledňuje věkový kontext nástupu do praxe a uvádí některé důvody, proč mladí učitelé ze škol odcházejí. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace klíčových momentů a situací v praxích vybraných učitelů na základě provedených polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Za hlavní zdroj zátěže byla označena problematika kázně, oporou učitelům byly hlavně zájmy a rodina, kolegové. Učitelé zůstali v profesi hlavně díky zájmu o žáky a možnosti seberozvoje. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of beginning teachers from the point of view of retrospective narration of selected teachers who have been working in practice for several years. The thesis outlines the sources of hardship for beginning teachers. It takes into account the age context of starting practice and gives some reasons why young teachers leave school. The main goal of this thesis is to identify key moments and situations in the practices of selected teachers. The main source of hardship was identified as the issue regarding discipline, the teachers were mainly supported by the interests and family, colleagues. Teachers remained in the profession mainly due to their interest in students and the possibility of self-development.
