Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje zejména osobnosti českého grafického designéra a typografa Aleše Najbrta, zvláště jeho přínosu pro český grafický design, a zasazuje ho do dobového kontextu. Dále pojednává o stručné historii grafického designu se zaměřením na plakát jako formu propagační grafiky. Třetí kapitolou této části je pak historie české typografie od šedesátých let dvacátého století. Praktickým výstupem bakalářské práce je tvorba autorského písma a následně jeho vzorové užití na plakátu. Praktická část obsahuje především popsané postupy tvorby fontu a propagačního plakátu. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part mainly focuses on the personality of the Czech graphic designer and typographer Aleš Najbrt, especially his contribution to Czech graphical design and puts it in the context of the time. Further it shortly describes the history of graphical design with focus on the poster as a form of promotional graphics. The third chapter of this part is the history of Czech typography from the sixties of the twentieth century further. The practical output of the bachelor's thesis is the creation of an author's font and subsequently its exemplary use on a poster. The practical part contains mainly the described procedures of creating a font and a promotional poster.
