Diplomová práce zkoumá fotoiniciovanou degradaci dvou zástupců protizánětlivých léčiv, dexametazonu a prednisolonu, při ozařování UV světlem odpovídajícím vysokoenergetickému slunečnímu záření dopadajícímu na zemský povrch. Studie založená na použití techniky HPLC/MS ukazuje možné cesty fotodegradace vybraných léčiv a navrhuje struktury produktů tvořených při fotochemických přeměnách. The diploma thesis investigates photoinitiated degradation of two representatns of the inflamatory drugs, dexamethasone and prednisolone, when irradiated by UV light corresponding with the high-energy solar radiation reaching the Earth surface. The study based on HPLC/MS technique presents the possible pathways of photodegradation of the drugs and proposes structures of photochemically formed products.
