Abstract: This study focuses on the differential expression of genes in the human primary neural cells after tick-borne encephalitis virus infection. Changes in gene expression were determined using qRT-PCR and compared by correlation analysis with results previously obtained by next generation sequencing. The difference in gene expression determined by qRT-PCR correlated with those obtained from the next generation sequencing.
