Práce se zabývá přítomností peer konzultanta v komunitním týmu. Konkrétně v komunitních týmech organizace FOKUS Vysočina. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou objasněny pojmy jako: duševní zdraví či sociální práce. Dále se kapitola zabývá specifiky sociální práce s lidmi s duševním onemocněním. Druhá kapito-la je seznámením s organizací FOKUS Vysočina, především však s prací komunitních týmů. S cílovou skupinou, pracovním zastoupením, náplní či metodami práce. Třetí kapi-tola se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmu peer podpora a podrobně se zabývá peer konzultan-ty v organizaci FOKUS Vysočina. V závěru této kapitoly jsou konkrétní příběhy jednot-livých peer konzultantů FOKUSU Vysočina. Součástí příběhů je také osobní pohled na téma peer konzultanta a jeho možný vliv na zotavení uživatele. Z práce vychází, že přínos peer konzultanta v komunitním týmu je zjevný a velmi významný. Zpovědi jednotlivých peer konzultantů nejsou v rozporu s výsledky studií a s poznatky odborné literatury. Lze tedy říci, že peer konzultanti v organizaci FOKUS Vysočina mohou výrazně pozitivně působit na zotavení uživatelů služeb. The thesis deals with the representation of peer consultants in the community team, spe-cifically in community teams of the organization FOKUS Vysočina. The thesis is divi-ded into three chapters. The first chapter explains terms like: mental health or social work. The chapter also deals with the specifics of social work with people with mental illnesses. The second chapter is an introduction to the organization FOKUS Vysočina and specifically the work of the community teams. The chapter intorduces the target group, working representation, job description and methods of work in this organization. The third chapter explains the concept of peer support. It also focuses on the work of peer consultants in FOKUS Vysočina. The end of this chapter is partially composed of individual stories of peer consultants who work in FOKUS Vysočina. The stories inclu-de a personal view of the peer consultant's topic and its potential influence on the re-covery of clients. The thesis shows that the peer consultant is necessary and very significant for community teams. The statements of the peer consultants do not contradict the results of the studies and the knowledge from literature. It is evident that peer consultants in FOKUS Vysočina can have a very positive effect on the recovery of clients.
