Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou málotřídních škol. Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat specifika vztahových sítí v prostředí málotřídních škol, popřípadě objevit odlišnosti od škol plně organizovaných. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány malotřídní školy a jejich specifika. Stručně je nastíněna historie málotřídních škol v České republice i jejich současný stav v České republice a v zahraničí. Pozornost je věnována především vztahové síti v malotřídních školách. Praktická část obsahuje realizovaný kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo analyzovat specifika vztahových sítí v prostředí málotřídních škol, popsat jejich klima a specifika málotřídní školy jako instituce. Výzkum se také zabývá otázkou možných rozdílů mezi školami málotřídními a plně organizovanými. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 9 učitelů a ředitelů ze tří málotřídních škol v Jihočeském kraji, s nimiž byly vedeny polostrukturované rozhovory. Data byla následně kvalitativně zanalyzována prostřednictvím kódování. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že za hlavní výhody málotřídních škol považují respondenti rozvoj sociálních dovedností žáků, možnost intenzivní individuální práce se žáky, školní a třídní klima napomáhající prevenci proti šikaně a jiným sociálně patologickým jevům a vhodné vzdělávací podmínky pro žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Jako hlavní nevýhodu málotřídních škol zmiňují respondenti náročnost funkcí ředitele školy i učitelů ve spojitosti s vysokými nároky na organizaci vyučování. This thesis focuses on the concept of multi-grade schools. The aim is to describe the social networks in multi-grade schools and to discover some differences from traditional single-grade schools. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes multi-grade schools and their specifics. The history of multi-grade schools and their current state in the Czech Republic and abroad is also briefly outlined in this part. The attention is mainly paid to the social network of multi-grade schools. The practical part describes the qualitative research carried out, the aim of which was to analyze the social networks of multi-grade schools, to describe the specific climate of these schools and the existence of the multi-grade schools as an institution, and also to focus on describing possible differences between multi-grade and single-grade schools. The research sample consisted of 9 teachers and headteachers from three multi-grade schools in the South Bohemian Region, with whom semi-structured interviews were conducted. Data were analyzed using the clustering. Research has shown that the main advantages of multi-grade schools include the development of pupils' social skills, the possibility to work with pupils individually and a better school and class climate which prevents bullying and other socio-pathological phenomena. These schools also offer suitable educational conditions for pupils with special educational needs. The disadvantages include especially the difficulty of the work of the school headteachers and also of the teachers, who have high demands on the organization of teaching.
