Metyl jasmonát je často používán k aktivaci těkavých látek vyvolaných býložravci (HIPV), které přitahují predátory býložravého hmyzu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na vliv metyl jasmonátu na dub letní (Quercus robur) a dub zimní (Quercus petraea) a také na jeho působení na predátory. Práce se rovněž zabývá změnami těkavých látek po aplikaci metyl jasmonátu. Methyl jasmonate is often used to activate herbivore-induced plant volatiles (HIPV) that attract the predators of herbivorous insects. This thesis is focused on the effects of methyl jasmonate on Quercus robur and Quercus petraea and its effects on the predators. It also focuses on the changes of volatile compounds after methyl jasmonate application.
