Bakalářská práce se zabývá sporem o azylovou a uprchlickou politiku v Německu mezi stranami CSU a CDU, a to od jeho vzniku v roce 2015, až po eskalaci v roce 2018. Nejprve je nastíněn vývoj azylové politiky v SRN a aktuální stanoviska německé vlády k této problematice. V dalších kapitolách práce pojednává o vzniku sporu na pozadí uprchlické krize a jeho dalším vývoji během následujících let. Poté je vylíčena eskalace sporu v roce 2018 a následný kompromis, ke kterému dospěla německá vládní koalice Unie a SPD po urovnání sporu. V neposlední řadě práce analyzuje postoje jednotlivých politických subjektů, důsledky sporu a další vývoj azylové politiky na úrovni Spolkové republiky Německo i v rámci Evropské unie. The bachelor's thesis deals with the dispute over the asylum and refugee policy in Germany between the CSU and CDU political parties from the beginning of the dispute in 2015 until the escalation in 2018. First, the thesis summarizes the development of asylum policies in the Federal Republic of Germany and the current attitude of the German government in this respect. Following chapters explore the beginning of the dispute during the refugee crisis and its next development in the years to come, including the escalation in 2018 and the resulting compromise between the German coalition government of the Union and the SPD that settled the dispute. The thesis also analyses the attitudes of the individual political subjects, the aftermath of the dispute and the further development of the asylum policy both in the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.
