Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh a ověření intervenčního programu zaměřeného na rozvoj vytrvalosti u žen. Pro výzkum byly vybrány ženy ve věku dvacet až třicet let. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit a realizovat tříměsíční intervenční program zaměřený na rozvoj vytrvalosti u žen ve věku dvacet až třicet let, který byl vedený třikrát týdně. Na začátku intervenčního programu bylo provedeno první měření a vážení, v polovině druhé a závěrečné měření a vážení po jeho skončení. Jako prostředek hodnocení byl zvolen Cooperův test. Jednalo se o dvanáctiminutový vytrvalostní běh ve stejném terénu. Zkoumali jsme uběhnutou vzdálenost a tepovou frekvenci žen. Pravidelností tréninků se podařilo dosáhnout snížení tepové frekvence a uběhnutí delší vzdálenosti za daný čas a v některých případech se podařilo docílit i váhového úbytku. The aim of the work was to create and implement a three-month intervention programme aimed at developing endurance in women aged twenty to thirty years, which was conducted three times a week. At the beginning of the intervention programme, the first measurement and weighing was carried out, in the middle of the second and final measurements and weighing after its completion. The Cooper Test was chosen as a means of evaluation. It was a 12-minute endurance run in the same terrain. We've been examining the distance and heart rate of the women. The regularity of the trainings managed to achieve a decrease in heart rate and the longer distance for a given time, and in some cases a weight loss was also achieved. Key words:
