Neplodnost je jinými slovy neschopnost páru otěhotnět během jednoho roku nechráněným pohlavním stykem, a to nejméně dvakrát týdně. Světová zdravotnická organizace ji označila v 70. letech 20. století za nemoc. Udává se, že v České republice je přibližně 20 {--} 25 % párů nedobrovolně bezdětných. Metod, které řeší tuto problematiku je mnoho. Patří mezi ně i fyzioterapeutické přístupy. Cílem této práce bylo najít nové (moderní) pohledy na řešení daného problému, popřípadě odhalit některé z příčin, a poukázat na možnosti využití moderního fyzioterapeutického přístupu v léčbě poruch plodnosti. Z takto zadaného cíle jsem se v teoretické části zaměřila na různé příčiny poruch plodnosti a jejich diagnostiku. Dále jsem se snažila zmapovat některé metody řešící tuto problematiku. Velký důraz jsem kladla právě na fyzioterapeutický přístup, především na metodu Ludmily Mojžíšové. V praktické části této práce jsem využila kvalitativní druh výzkumu, metodu případové studie. Výzkum byl prováděn v Rehabilitačním a regeneračním centru v Borovanech u Českých Budějovic. Vybrány byly ženy, které měly diagnostikovanou neplodnost a přítomnou palpační citlivost v oblasti svalů pánevního dna. Osloveny byly tedy tři ženy, které se léčily Rehabilitační metodou některých druhů funkční ženské sterility. Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat změnu stavu svalových dysbalancí v oblasti pánevního dna. U sledovaných pacientek došlo ke zlepšení držení těla, stereotypu dýchání a funkce pánevního dna. Všechny tři ženy během léčby udávají postupné zlepšování subjektivních pocitů. Jedna z žen oznámila během léčby těhotenství. Velkým přínosem této práce je jistě zmapování problematiky léčby poruch plodnosti. Z hlediska fyzioterapie je možné tuto práci využít v klinické praxi fyzioterapeutů, kteří se této problematice věnují. Infertility is defined as inability of a couple to conceive a child within one year of having unprotected sex at least two times a week. In 1970s the World Health Organization classified the condition as a disease. The data indicate that approximately 20-25% of couples in the Czech Republic are involuntarily childless. There are many methods used to address this condition. One of them is a physiotherapeutic approach. The purpose of this thesis was to find new (modern) views of the issue or potentially also some of its causes, and to point to the potential use of modern physiotherapeutic approaches to infertility treatment. To achieve the objective I have focused in the theoretical section on various causes of fertility disorders and their diagnostics. Further, I have tried to map some methods used in infertility treatment. I have strongly emphasized the physiotherapeutic approach, particularly methods developed by Ludmila Mojžíšová. In the practical section I have used a qualitative research method {--} the case study. The research was conducted in the Rehabilitation and Regeneration Center in Borovany near České Budějovice. Women selected for the survey were diagnosed with infertility and palpation sensitivity of pelvic bottom muscles. Three women treated with a rehabilitation method for some types of functional female infertility. The objective of the research was to map changes in the condition of muscular dysbalances in their pelvis bottom areas. In the surveyed patients improvements were found in terms of posture, breathing stereotype and pelvic bottom function. During the treatment all the three women reported gradual improvement of subjective feelings. One of the women got pregnant during the treatment. The main contribution of this thesis is the mapping of the infertility phenomenon. From the viewpoint of physiotherapy this work may be used in clinical practice by physiotherapists involved in this area.
