Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a problematikou sociálně terapeutické dílny ? spolek Slunečnice. Jejím hlavním cílem je popsat fungování sociálně terapeutické dílny a její přínos pro život osob s postižením. Teoretickými východisky práce je problematika práce s osobami s postižením, druhy postižení, možnosti aktivizace a začleňování osob s postižením v rámci sociálně terapeutické dílny. Pro výzkumné šetření byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, polostrukturovaný rozhovor s pracovníky spolku Slunečnice. Otázky byly zaměřeny na to, jaký přínos má sociálně terapeutická dílna pro život osob s postižením, na zkušenosti pracovníků či získané dovednosti klientů. Dále pak na to, co bylo důvodem pracovníků pro jejich volbu práce v tomto zařízení či jaký je důvod klientů docházení do spolku. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo sedm odborných pracovníků. Klíčová slova This bachelor´s work deals with the description and problems of a social-therapeutic workshop - the Sunflower Association. The main aim was to describe functioning of this workshop and its contribution to disabled people´s life. Problems regarding the work with the disabled, types of disabilities, possibilities of activization and inclusion of disabled people in the frame of social therapeutic workshop were the theoretical sources of this work. The method of a qualitative research in the form of semistructuralized dialogue with the workers from the Sunflower Association was chosen as the main method for this work. The questions were aimed to the rate of contribution of this social therapeutic workshop to disabled people, to the staff´s experiences and to the gained skills of clients. Questions also focused on the reasons influencing the workers´s choice of work in this association and the reasons for clients´ attendance of this workshop. Research group was made up of seven professionals.
