Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k porozumění attachmentu a copingových strategií u vězeňské populace. Byly sledovány a popsány typy attachmentu a užívané copingové strategie vyskytující se u našeho vzorku vězeňské populace. Následně byly testovány souvislosti mezi těmito dvěma proměnnými. Byl zvolen kvantitativní typ výzkumného designu. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 122 mužů ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v ostraze středního stupně zabezpečení. Respondenti byli z Vazební věznice České Budějovice, Věznice Rapotice, Věznice Nové Sedlo a Věznice Příbram. Věkově se respondenti pohybovali v rozmezí od 20 do 60 let. Pro měření attachmentu byl zvolen dotazník ECR a pro copingové strategie SVF 78. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že většina vězňů vykazovala nejistý typ připoutání (nejčastěji bázlivě vyhýbavý). Jistý typ vazby se vyskytl pouze u 3 jedinců. Byly prokázány signifikantně významné rozdíly mezi vztahovou úzkostností a vyhýbavostí s porovnávanou metodologickou studií. Tyto rozdíly byly zjištěny i v užívání copingových strategií v porovnání s normami. Naši respondenti vykazovali vyšší hodnoty pozitivních i negativních copingových strategií (zejména vyhýbavých). Výzkum prokázal souvislost mezi attachmentem a preferovanými copingovými strategiemi (nejisté typy připoutání pozitivně korelovaly s negativními copingovými strategiemi). The objective of the thesis is to contribute to understanding of the attachment and coping strategies at a prison population. The types and used coping strategies occurring at our sample of the prison population were observed and described. Then the connections between these two variables were tested. The quantitative type of research design was chosen. Research sample was made up of 122 men serving custodial sentence in the medium security level prison. Respondents were from Remand Prison České Budějovice, Prison Rapotice, Prison Nové Sedlo and Prison Příbram. Age of the respondents ranged from 20 to 60 years. For measuring attachment ECR survey was chosen and for coping strategies SVF 78. The results shown that most prisoners show incesure type of attachment (mostly fearful avoidant). Secure type of attachment occurred only at 3 individuals. Significantly important differences between relational anxiety and avoidance with compared methodological study were proven. These differences were found even in using of the coping strategies in comparison with the norms. Our respondents shown higher values of both positive and negative coping strategies (especially the avoidant ones). The research proved a connection between attachment and preferred coping strategies (incesure types of attachment positively correlated with negative coping strategies).
