Bakalářská práce zjišťuje pojetí ranních cvičení v mateřské škole. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje režimu mateřské školy z hlediska ranních cvičení, i s ohledem na Rámcový vzdělávací program pro předškolní vzdělávání. Dále se zabývá vlivem pohybu na dítě z hlediska jeho vývoje po fyzické, psychické a motorické stránce. Poslední teoretická kapitola obsahuje didaktiku ranních cvičení. Popisuje například charakteristiku, metody a formy ranních cvičení. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty byly učitelky mateřských škol. Autorka s využitím responzí z dotazníků odpovídá na čtyři výzkumné otázky, které zjišťují: organizaci, motivaci, strukturu, náplň a pomůcky ranních cvičení i zapojení pohybových aktivit do režimu mateřské školy. V rámci diskuse jsou uvedeny poznatky z realizace dvou celků ranního cvičení. This bachelor thesis detects the concept of morning physical exercises performed in the kindergarten. In the theoretical part the author concentrates on kindergarten regime in terms of morning exercises and with respect to Framework Educational Programme for Pre-school Education. She also deals with the impact of exercises on a child?s development (physical, mental and motorial). The last chapter of the theoretical part contains the didactics of morning exercises. It describes, for example, the characteristic, methods and forms of morning exercises. The practical part analyses the results of a questionnaire survey. Kindergarten teachers took part in this survey. The author answers four research questions, which concern organization, structure and contents of the exercises, motivation, teaching aids used, as well as the integration of physical activities into the kindergarten regime. These answers are based on the questionnaire responses. The information gained during the realisation of two units of physical exercises is introduced in the follow-up discussion.
