[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků se sociální prací s cizinci ve vybraných organizacích v Jihočeském kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán systém ochrany cizinců v ČR, kategorie cizinců a pobyt cizinců na území ČR a také cizinecká legislativa platná v České republice. Podstatnou část teorie tvoří také specifika sociální práce s cizinci. Patří mezi ně například kompetence sociálního pracovníka pro sociální práci s cizinci, sociokulturní specifika v sociální práci s cizinci nebo vybrané metody a techniky sociální práce určené pro cizince. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá výzkumem, pro jehož uskutečnění byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování, realizovaná formou rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly uskutečněny se sociálními pracovníky, potažmo s pracovníky v sociálních službách ve vybraných organizacích v Jihočeském kraji, které poskytují sociální služby cizincům dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, v platném znění. Pro účely výzkumu byly stanoveny dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké mají sociální pracovníci zkušenosti s cizinci s ohledem na vykonávání své profese, a druhým cílem bylo identifikovat, jak jsou dle subjektivního hodnocení pro tuto práci připraveni (a to v následujících oblastech: metody a techniky sociální práce, právní znalosti, socio-kulturní specifika menšin, imigrantů a azylantů, aj.). V návaznosti na cíle byla stanovena jedna výzkumná otázka, a to ve znění: Jak jsou sociální pracovníci vybaveni metodami a technikami sociální práce určené pro cizince? Data získaná z výzkumu byla analyzována ručně pomocí "tužky a papíru" a výsledky analýzy byly zaneseny do několika diagramů vytvořených v programu Draw.io. Z analýzy výsledků vyplynulo, že sociální pracovníci mají se sociální prací s cizinci pozitivní i negativní zkušenosti, přičemž pozitivní zkušenosti se týkají hodnocení sociální práce s cizinci jako takové. Největší potíže při práci s cizinci činí sociálním pracovníkům jazyková bariéra nebo nedostatečná orientace v cizinecké legislativě. V těchto oblastech se musejí často obracet na pomoc jiných odborníků. Samotnou připravenost v metodách a technikách sociální práce určených pro cizince vnímali sociální pracovníci jako dostačující. Ve většině případů ovšem nezmínili žádné z konkrétních metod a technik této sociální práce (jako je např. interkulturní komunikace, empowerment, networking, koučování, boj s diskriminací, sociální práce s traumatizovanými uprchlíky aj.), ale spíše hovořili o obecných metodách a technikách nebo o některých teoretických přístupech sociální práce, které aplikují i při práci s cizinci. Výsledky této bakalářské práce mohou sloužit jako motiv k podnícení úvah státního i nestátního sektoru nad potřebou zdokonalování odborné i profesní připravenosti sociálních pracovníků v sociální práci s cizinci, ale také jako cenný podklad pro realizaci návazného podrobnějšího výzkumu zaměřeného na danou problematiku. The bachelor's thesis focuses on social workers' experience with social work oriented to foreigners in the South Bohemian Region among selected institutions. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the system of protection of foreigners in the Czech Republic, categories of foreigners and types of residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic, as well as valid laws on foreigners in the Czech Republic. The essential part of the theoretical section also includes the specifics of the social work with foreigners. These include for example the competences of a social worker in social work oriented towards foreigners, sociocultural specifics or selected methods and techniques of social work specified to foreigners. The practical part deals with the research, that was realized with the usage of qualitative research strategy and method of questioning carried out in the form of an interview. Interviews were carried out with the social workers and with the workers in social services from selected organizations in South Bohemia, that provide social services for foreigners according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended. There were defined two research aims for the research purposes. The first aim was to find out what experience social workers have with the foreigners regarding the practice of their profession, the second aim was to identify how they are prepared for this work according to the subjective evaluation (in the following areas: methods and techniques of social work; legal knowledge; sociocultural specifics of minorities, immigrants, and foreigners granted asylum; etc.). Following these aims, one research question was specified: How are social workers equipped with methods and techniques of social work specified to foreigners? The data obtained from the research was analyzed manually using by "pencil and paper" and the results, of the analysis, were entered into several diagrams, that were created in the computer program Draw.io. The analysis of the research results showed, that the social workers have both, positive and negative experience with the social work, oriented towards foreigners, while positive experience relates to the evaluation of social work with the foreigners as such. The biggest difficulties in social work oriented towards foreigners are social workers' language barrier or insufficient orientation in law on foreigners. Social workers have to often turn to other experts in these areas. The research also showed, that the social workers assessed their preparedness in the methods and techniques of social work specified to foreigners as sufficient, even though in most cases they did not mention any of the specific methods and techniques of this social work (such as intercultural communication; empowerment; networking; coaching; combating discrimination; social work with traumatized refugees; etc.). In this sense, they rather talked about general methods and techniques or about some theoretical approaches of social work, which they also apply in social work with foreigners. The results of this bachelor's thesis can be used as a motive to stimulate the reflections of the governmental and non-governmental sector on the need to improve the professional readiness of social workers in social work, oriented towards foreigners, but also as a valuable basis for the implementation of follow-up and deeper research on the issue.
