Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na "Výcvik lezeckých skupin základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému". Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. Obsahem teoretické časti je rozdělení základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému, jejich vývoj v rámci výškových činností a základy metodiky odborné lezecké přípravy. Součástí teoretické části je také porovnání výbavy nutné pro výcvik a následné provádění činnosti ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou. Výzkumná část byla řešena formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Práce se soustředí na zmapování a porovnání odborné lezecké přípravy členů lezeckých skupin základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Součástí je také zmapování a porovnání vybavení používaného při zásazích těchto lezeckých skupin. Získání dat proběhlo formou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů, kterých se zúčastnilo 8 respondentů z řad lezců Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihočeského kraje, Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje a Zásahové jednotky krajského ředitelství Policie ČR v Jihočeském kraji. Vzhledem k absenci jednotné lezecké metodiky v rámci základních složek IZS, slouží tato práce především k přiblížení odborné lezecké přípravy u těchto složek a porovnání vzájemných rozdílů. This bachelor thesis is focused on "The training of climbing units of the basic services of Integrated Rescue System". The thesis is divided to the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part contains the division of basic units of Integrated Rescue System, their development at work at height and basics of methodology for professional climbing training. The theoretical part also consists of necessery means for the training and their further implementation in the work at height. The research part took form of qualitative research. It focuses on mapping out the issue of professional climbing training of the climbing groups in the basic services of Integrated Rescue System. The research part also consists of mapping out climbing equipment necessery needed for the climbing units intervention. Data acquisition took form of semi-structured interviews in which participated 8 climbers from ranks of the Fire Rescue Service in the South Bohemia region, Special Reaction Unit of the Regional Police Directorate for the South Bohemia region and Emergency Medical Service in the South Bohemia region. Due to absence of the uniform climbing methodology among the basic units of Integrated rescue services this bachelor thesis can serve as an approach of professional climbing training among these units and outline the difference between them.
