Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou výuky dějepisu na základních školách v Československu před sametovou revolucí v roce 1989 s ohledem na kontext doby. Následuje porovnání vybraných témat v předrevolučních a porevolučních učebnicích. Výzkumný design je v rovině kvalitativní, kdy bylo využito výpovědí respondentů, kteří byli žáky základní školy před rokem 1989 a těch, kteří základní školu navštěvovali až po roce 1989. Pro analýzu byly sestaveny výzkumné otázky, zabývající se právě rozdílem výuky dějepisu na základních školách ve dvou sledovaných obdobích. Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky byly rozpracovány a zanalyzovány na základě názorů a odpovědí vybraných osob. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint readers with the issue of teaching history at primary schools in Czechoslovakia before the Velvet Revolution in 1989 with regard to the context of the time. A comparison of selected topics in pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary textbooks follows. The research design is qualitative, using the statements of respondents who were primary school students before 1989 and those who attended primary school after 1989. For analysis, research questions were compiled, dealing with the differences of teaching history at primary schools in two examined periods. The answers to the research questions were elaborated and analyzed on the basis of the opinions and answers of selected persons.
