"Zelená úsporám" a její pokračování ve formě "Nová zelená úsporám" je rozsáhlý program Ministerstva životního prostředí České republiky, za jehož administraci je zcela zodpovědný Státní fond životního prostředí České republiky. Oba tyto programy jsou zaměřeny na úspory energie a využití obnovitelných zdrojů energie v rodinných a bytových domech. Programy jsou financovány z příjmů z prodeje emisních kreditů a emisních povolenek. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis a hodnocení programu "Zelená úsporám" a programu "Nová zelená úsporám". Primárním cílem této práce je porovnat využití obou programů v Jihočeském kraji. Přičemž toto porovnání proběhne ve stejně dlouhých časových úsecích. Závěrem (výsledkem) budou získaná sekundární data doplněná o rozhovor s odborníkem. The Green Savings and its continuation in the form called the New Green Savings is an extensive programme of the Ministry of the Environment, which is fully administered by the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic. Both of these programmes are focused on energy savings and renewable sources of energy in family houses and apartment buildings. These programmes are funded by revenues from the sale of emission credits and emission allowances (European Union Allowance). The bachelor's thesis focuses on the description and evaluation of the Green Savings Programme and the New Green Savings Programme. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to compare the use of both of these programmes in the South Bohemia Region. This comparison takes place during the same time intervals. In conclusion, the obtained secondary data are supplemented by interview with expert.
