Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technikou krmení a výživou prasat ve výkrmu. Práce je zaměřena na stanovení ideálního obsahu potřebných živin v krmné dávce, na vhodnost použití různých druhů krmiv s ohledem na ekonomiku a užitkovost prasat. V práci je uveden reálný příklad návrhu krmné dávky vykrmovaných prasat včetně krmné křivky a složení receptu. Dále jsou popsány systémy krmení doposud využívané, ale i nově se zavádějící a faktory, které ovlivňují užitkové parametry ve výkrmu prasat. This thesis deals with the technology of feeding and pig's nutrition in the fattening. The work is focused on determining the ideal content of necessary nutrients in the feed ratio and also on the suitability of using of different types of feed with regard to the economy and performance of pigs. The work presents a real example of the design of the feed ratio of fattened pigs, including the feed curve and the composition of the feed recipe. Furthermore feeding systems used so far, but also newly introduced and factors that affect the performance parameters in in fattening pigs are described.
