Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Ve všech společnostech zaujímá motivace pracovníků velmi důležitou roli a to proto, že lidské zdroje jsou pro firmu konkurenční výhodou. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit motivační systém a systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti a poté navrhnout případné změny vedoucí ke zvýšení kvalifikace a zlepšení jejich pracovního výkonu. Na začátku práce jsou popsány pojmy funkce, metody a formy hodnocení zaměstnanců. Dále bude vysvětlen pojem motivace a stimulace. Nakonec bude popsáno odměňování pracovníků a různé druhy zaměstnaneckých výhod. V druhé části bude nejprve představena a krátce charakterizována společnost, která byla vybrána pro tuto práci. V další části se nachází dotazník, který se zaměřuje na úroveň řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti ABC, s. r. o. Dotazníky jsou vyplňovány pracovníky dané organizace. Dotazník zkoumá motivační systém, systém hodnocení, komunikaci, seznam benefitů a vztahy na pracovišti. Dotazníky jsou vyhodnocovány graficky. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocováním dotazníkového šetření, testováním hypotéz a navrhováním změn. The subject of this thesis is the evaluation and motivation of employees in selected organization. Employee motivation is considered as a very important topic in each organization because human resources are competitive advantage for the company. The goal of this work is to judge the system of motivation and evaluation in the company and then propose potential changes leading to higher satisfaction and motivation of employees to their job performance. At the beginning the term of functions, methods and forms of employee evaluation are described. The concept of motivation and stimulation will also be explained. Last but not least will be described remuneration of employees and various benefit options. In the second part will be a presentation and a brief characterisation of the company, which I chose for this paper. In the next part there is a questionnaire which focuses on the level of human resources management in company ABC, s. r. o. The questionnaires are filled by employees of this organization. It investigates motivation system, remuneration system, communication channels, list of benefits and relationships at workplace. The questionnaire is evaluated grafically. The practical part is dealing with process of questionary research, testing of hypothesis and recommendations of changes.
