Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit téma mládeže a zmapovat, jaké názory mají učitelé ZŠ učící na venkově a ve městě na současnou mladou generaci. Smyslem práce je ozřejmit, jaké vnímají učitelé u mládeže hodnoty a jak znají a rozumí postojům a subkulturám současné mladé generace. Bakalářská práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je zpracována na základě aktuální literatury a zabývá se následujícími tématy, mezi která patří učitelé ZŠ, charakteristika mladé generace a hodnotová orientace mládeže, kde je zmíněn také vliv moderních technologií a rodiny na její utváření. Téma subkultura mládeže se zabývá např. rizikovostí subkultur a post-subkulturní érou. V praktické části práce autorka pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu mapuje, jak vybraní učitelé ZŠ z města a venkova vnímají hodnotovou orientaci dnešní mládeže a jak se staví k jejím subkulturám. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to bring the opinion of youth closer and to map the rural and town teacher's opinion of the current young generation. The purpose of the work is to clarify the values perceived by teachers among young people and teacher's knowledge and understanding of attitudes and subcultures of the current young generation. This bachelor thesis includes two parts, practical and theoretical. The theoretical part of the work is based on current literature and deals with the following topics which include primary school teachers, the characteristics of the young generation and the value orientation of young people, where the influence of modern technologies and of the family on the formation of the value orientation of youth is mentioned. The topic of youth subculture contains e.g. the riskiness of subcultures and the post-subcultural era. In the practical part of the work, the author uses her quality research to map how selected primary school teachers from the town and the countryside perceive the value orientation of youth and how they approach their subcultures.
