Tato práce se zabývá postojem veřejnosti vůči network marketingu a stanovením jeho budoucího směru. Prvně byla nastudována odborná literatura, která vysvětluje pojem network marketing a pojmy s ním související, jak funguje, výhody a nevýhody. Navíc jsou zmíněna zajímavá statistická data. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky elektronického dotazování, které zjišťovalo postoj veřejnosti a také rozhovor se zástupcem vybrané firmy Amway. Po vyhodnocení informací a stanovení možného budoucího směru byly informace aplikovány na vybranou firmu Amway, pro kterou byly vytvořeny případné návrhy k uvážení, na co se firma a její zástupci mohou do budoucna více zaměřit. This thesis deals with the public's attitude towards network marketing and determining its future direction. First, the literature was studied, which explains the concept of network marketing and concepts related to it, how it works, advantages and disadvantages. In addition, interesting statistical data are mentioned. The practical part presents the results of electronic survey, which found out the attitude of the public, as well as an interview with a representative of the selected company Amway. After evaluating the information and determining the possible future direction, the information was applied to a selected Amway company, for which possible proposals were made to consider what the company and its representatives may focus more on in the future.
