[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice školní kázně z pohledu učitelů. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní poznatky, které jsou v souvislosti s problematikou školní kázně významné (školní kázeň, autorita učitele, osobnost učitele, strategie řešení kázeňských prohřešků a výzkumy školní kázně). Empirická část, která má podobu kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, si za hlavní cíl klade prozkoumat, jakým způsobem vnímají školní kázeň dvě skupiny respondentů - učitelé druhého stupně základních škol a učitelé "nižšího stupně" víceletých gymnázií. Dalším cílem je odpovědi respondentů z obou skupin porovnat a zjistit, zda mezi nimi existují statisticky významné rozdíly. Sběr dat byl realizován prostřednictvím online dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen 396 respondenty (199 z druhého stupně ZŠ a 197 z nižšího stupně VG). Statistické testování hypotéz prokázalo, že se učitelé druhého stupně ZŠ s nekázní žáků setkávají statisticky významně častěji než učitelé nižšího stupně VG (subjektivní pohled respondentů). Dále byla prokázána statisticky významně vyšší neukázněnost žáků druhého stupně ZŠ v porovnání se žáky nižšího stupně VG (subjektivní hodnocení respondenty). Výsledky také prokázaly, že jsou učitelé druhého stupně ZŠ méně spokojeni s kázní žáků než jejich kolegové z nižšího stupně VG (subjektivní pohled respondentů). V neposlední řadě bylo prokázáno, že jsou učitelé druhého stupně ZŠ v porovnání s učiteli nižšího stupně VG více zatížení kázeňskými problémy žáků (subjektivní pohled respondentů). Výsledky výzkumu se shodují s teoretickými východisky popsanými v teoretické části práce.This diploma thesis deals with issues of school discipline from the teacher's perspective. The theoretical part introduces basic knowledge relevant to issues of school discipline (school discipline, teacher's authority, teacher's personality, strategies for dealing with disciplinary offences and research on school discipline). The empirical part, which has a quantitative form, aims to examine how two groups of respondents perceive school discipline - lower secondary school teachers and "lower level", i.e. first four years, teachers in eight-year grammar schools. Another aim is to compare the answers of respondents from both groups and find out whether there are statistically significant differences between them. The data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire designed by the author of this paper. The research sample consists of 396 respondents (199 lower secondary school teachers and 197 lower level teachers of eight-year grammar schools). Statistical testing demonstrated that the lower secondary school teachers encounter pupils' indiscipline statistically significantly more often than lower lever teachers of eight-year grammar schools (subjective view of respondents). A statistically significantly higher indiscipline of lower secondary school pupils in comparison with lower level pupils of eight-year grammar schools was found (subjective evaluation by respondents). The results also demonstrated that lower secondary school teachers are less satisfied with the discipline of pupils than their colleagues from the lower level of eight-year grammar schools (subjective view of respondents). Last but not least, analysis ascertained that lower secondary school teachers are more burdened by pupils' disciplinary problems compared to lower level teachers of eight-year grammar schools (subjective view of respondents). The results of the research coincide with the theoretical basis described in the theoretical part of the work.
