[cze][eng] Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit činnost a kompetence realitního maklé-ře, navrhnout kompetenční model a porovnat využití kompetencí v praxi. Jsou zde definovány pojmy jako kompetence, měkké a tvrdé dovednosti, klíčové kompetence realitního makléře, kompetenční model a realitní činnost. Dále je zde analyzována současná situace vybraných realitní makléřů, srovnání teoreticky získaných poznatků se získanými informacemi z praxe a navrženy kompetenční modely a možná zlepšení. Výzkum je prováděn na základě dotazníkového šetření a následné analýzy výsledků z dotazníků pomocí statistických metod v programu Statistica.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate activity and competencies of a real estate broker, suggest a competency model, and compare the use of competencies in practice. There are defined terms such as competencies, soft and hard skills, key competencies of a real estate broker, a competence model, and real estate activities. Furthermore, the current situation of selected real estate agents is analyzed, as well as the comparison of theoretically acquired knowledge with information obtained from practice, and lastly, proposed competence models and possible improvements are based on the analysis. The research is carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the results from the questionnaires using statistical methods in the Statistica platform.
