Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem zvolená organizace zajišťuje řízení rizik BOZP vč. analýzy plnění základních požadavků, které mají zajistit bezpečnou práci a prevenci rizik. Součástí analýzy je i rozbor pracovní úrazovosti a nákladů spojených s pracovními úrazy v dané organizaci. Výstupem této práce je dokument, vytvořen na základě porovnání a zhodnocení výsledků z analýz s teoretickými znalostmi, navrhující vhodná doporučení, jak by zvolená organizace mohla pomocí nových metod či postupů, zlepšit svou dosavadní činnost a tím organizaci přispět ke zlepšení řízení této oblasti a ke zvýšení úrovně BOZP. Metodika, která vede k realizaci stanoveného cíle, je založena na zpracování a vyhodnocení primárních a sekundárních údajů, na materiálech poskytnutých od zvolené organizace a odborně způsobilé osoby v prevenci rizik, na pozorování jednotlivých pracovišť a polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se zaměstnanci, kteří se danou problematikou zabývají. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse how the selected organization ensures risk management OSH, including the analysis of the fulfilment of basic requirements to ensure safe work and risk prevention. The analysis also includes an analysis of occupational accidents and an analysis of costs associated with accidents at work in the company. The output of this work is a document which creation is based on comparison and assessment of results from analyses with theoretical knowledge, proposing appropriate recommendations on how the organization could use new methods or procedures to improve its current activities and thus contribute the organization to improve the management of this area and to increase the level of OSH. The methodology, which leads to the achievement of the set goal, is based on elaboration and evaluation of primary and secondary data, internal materials provided by the selected organization, materials from a professionally qualified person in risk prevention, observations of individual workplaces and semi-structured interviews with employees who deal with the issue.
