Cílem této práce je zjistit současný systém péče o zaměstnance a přenos teoretických znalostí do praxe prostřednictvím vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována dobrovolné péči o zaměstnance, která charakterizuje zaměstnanecké výhody a nevýhody. Tento výzkum se uskutečnil v Zahradním centru v Jindřichově Hradci. K výzkumu byly využity dotazníky a řízený rozhovor s majitelem podniku. Otázky se týkaly pracovního prostředí, zaměstnaneckých výhod, spokojenosti zaměstnanců a vztahů na pracovišti. Po vyhodnocení odpovědí od respondentů byly navrženy změny, které mají zlepšit a zefektivnit systém péče o zaměstnance. Na trhu práce je konkurenční boj o kvalitní zaměstnance, a proto jsou moderní formy péče výhodou. The aim of my work is to find out the current system of employee care and transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice through selected company. Theoretical part is devoted to voluntary employee care, characterizes employee advantages and disadvantages. This research looks into the Zahradní centrum. My research I analysed the use questionnaires and interview with the owner of this company. Questions were raised concerning the working environment, employee benefits, employee satisfaction and relations at the workplace. After evaluating the responses from the staff they were designed by changes to improve and streamline this system. On the labour market is a fight for quality employees. Modern forms of employees care represent a competitive advantage. This is one of the main reasons why develop employee care.
