Diplomová práce pojednává o ERP systémech a o jejich implementaci. Hlavním cílem práce je popis vybraných implementačních kroků a zhodnocení celého projektu implementace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, první je teoretická část, která definuje ERP systémy, architekturu systémů, strategie zavádění a implementační metody. Druhá část práce pojednává o samotné implementaci systému BMD do vybraného podniku. Zprvu jsou charakterizovány společnosti, se kterými se spolupracovalo a následně produkt, který byl implementován. Zbytek práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých kroků implementace, které v daném projektu nastaly. Na závěr je zhodnocen výsledek implementace na základě porovnávání stavů v obou zavedených systémech a přechod na ostrý režim užívání. This diploma thesis deals with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and their implementation. The main goal is a description of selected implementation steps and evaluation of the whole implementation project. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first is the theoretical part, which defines ERP systems, systems architecture, implementation strategy and methods. The next part of this diploma thesis deals with the actual implementation of the BMD system in the selected company. Characteristics of selected companies and selected product (BMD Account) are described in the beginning of the practical part. The rest of the thesis deals with the description of individual implementation steps that occurred in the project. At the end of the practical part, the result of the implementation is evaluated on the basis of comparing the states in both established systems and the transition to a sharp mode of use.
