Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na život v etnicky smíšené rodině. První kapitola teoretické části definuje základní pojmy jako jsou lidská rasa, etnikum, etnicita, národ a národnost. Druhá kapitola se zaobírá vztahy mezi etniky. Třetí kapitola je věnovaná romskému etniku, kde je popsán původ Romů až po jejich působení v České republice. Tato kapitola se také kromě historie zaměřuje na demografii Romů, rozdělení Romů, jejich sociální typologii a životní styl. Empirická část byla zpracována pomocí kvalitativního přístupu. Jako metoda sběru dat byl použit rozhovor. Výsledky výzkumu nám sdělují, že v soužití dvou partnerů různého etnika se objevují jisté odlišnosti, zejména v povahách, tito partneři se také potýkají s obtížnějším přijetím od rodinných příslušníků. Takový vztah vyžaduje mnoho trpělivosti, kompromisů a odhodlání. The bachelor thesis focuses on living in an ethnically mixed family. The first chapter of the theoretical part defines the basic concepts such as human race, ethnicity, ethnicity, nation and nationality. The second chapter deals with inter-ethnic relations. The third chapter is devoted to the Roma ethnic group, where the origin of the Roma is described only after their work in the Czech Republic. In addition to history, this chapter also focuses on Roma demography, Roma distribution, their social typology and lifestyle. The empirical part was processed using a qualitative approach. Interview was used as a method of data collection. The results of the research tell us that there are certain differences in the coexistence of two partners of different ethnicities, especially in their characters, these partners also face more difficult acceptance from family members. Such a relationship requires a lot of patience, compromise and determination.
