Práce vychází z písemných reflexí autorů volnočasového programu. Cílem práce je představit proces tvorby volnočasového programu z hlediska autentického zachycení reálné tvorby. Tato vlastní reflektovaná zkušenost je následně propojována a diskuto-vána v souvislostech s dopo?ručeními, která jsou uvedena v teorii. Teoretická část práce se zabývá teorií vzniku volnočaso?vého programu z pohledu marketingu, teorií autorské tvorby a tvo?řivosti a teorií reflexe jako výzkumné metody. Praktická část obsahuje popis případové studie vzniku volno?časového programu Poznávání města jinak. Dále obsahuje diskuzi a propojení reflexe reálné praxe s normativní teorií tvorby volnočasových programů z hlediska marketingu, teorií autorské tvorby a tvořivosti a s teorií metody reflexe. The thesis is based on reflections by authors of a leisure programme. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of creating a leisure program from the perspective of authentic description of the creative process. This reflected personal experience is afterwards connected and discussed in respect to theoretical references. The theoretical part deals with the theory of creating a leisure program from the marketing perspective, with theory of the creative process and creativity and with theory of reflection as a research method. The practical part presents a case study of creating a leisure program named Unusual Sightseeing. Furthermore, the case study is compared and discussed in con?nection with the respective theory.
