Moje bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení vědomostního obsahu, který by měli studenti oboru učitelství 1. st. ZŠ získat v oblasti zdravého životního stylu a předmětu Výchova ke zdraví během jejich studia na VŠ. Práce je rozdělena do dvou oddílů. První oddíl obsahuje teoretické vymezení pojmů Výchova ke zdraví a Zdravý životní styl, nejprve z pohledu odborného, a poté z hlediska vzdělávací soustavy. Důraz je kladen především na vymezení Výchovy ke zdraví z hlediska Rámcového a Školního vzdělávacího programu a jednotlivých výukových oblastí, do nichž Výchova ke zdraví spadá. Druhý oddíl obsahuje analýzu dotazníkového šetření, které se uskutečnilo mezi studenty vybraných pedagogických fakult, kteří se připravují na výuku žáků prvního stupně. Cíl práce spočívá především ve zjištění míry znalostí studentů v oblasti Výchovy ke zdraví a jejich porovnání mezi studenty různých ročníků stejného oboru. Závěrem jsou také ověřeny stanovené výzkumné předpoklady a shrnut celkový význam práce. The following work is focused on the definition of knowledge content that students of teaching should acquire in the field of healthy lifestyle and the subject of Health Education. The thesis is divided into two sections. The first section contains a theoretical definition of the terms Health Education and Healthy Lifestyle, first from a professional perspective and then from the perspective of the educational system. Emphasis is placed on the definition of Health Education in terms of the Framework and School Educational Program and individual educational areas in which Health Education falls. The second section contains an analysis of the questionnaire survey, which was carried out among students of a selected pedagogical school who are preparing to teach first grade pupils. The aim of this work is mainly to find out the level of knowledge of students in the field of Health Education and their comparison among students of different years of the same field. Finally, the research prerequisites are verified and the overall importance of the work is summarized.
