V minulých letech došlo ke změně legislativy v zajištění péče o děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, resp. dětí s potřebou podpory ve všech typech škol. To mimo jiné znamená, že ve školách se častěji objevují děti se SVP, které budou pro úspěšné zapojení potřebovat podporu asistenta. Jako asistent pedagoga může pracovat také absolvent oboru Sociální pedagogika. Cílem práce bude jednak zjistit a popsat, jak probíhá spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s žákem (žáky), učiteli a rodiči v běžné ZŠ a jak tuto spolupráci jednotliví aktéři vnímají a hodnotí. Dalším cílem bude zjistit, jak hodnotí asistenti pedagoga s různým typem vzdělání svou připravenost na tuto práci v některých oblastech. V teoretické části bude na základě rešerší z literatury reflektována problematika vzdělávací a společenské inkluze a popsány související žádoucí změny v přístupech školy a pedagogů. Bude vymezena role asistenta pedagoga, zmapován obsah jeho práce a definovány potřebné kompetence. Pro praktickou část práce, zaměřenou na asistenty pedagoga v konkrétní základní škole, bude zvolen kvalitativní výzkumný přístup. In last few years there have been certain legislative changes concerning the care of children with special educational needs. These are children with the need of support in all types of schools. This means there are more often children with specific learning disorders in schools who need the support of the pedagogical assistant to be successfully integrated. The Special pedagogy graduate can work as a pedagogical assistant. The goal of this thesis is to find out and describe how does the cooperation between an assistant and a pupil (pupils), teachers and parents in on ordinary primary school work and also how is this cooperation evaluated by its participants. Another goal of this thesis is to find out how do assistants evaluate their preparedness for this work in some areas. The theoretical part deals with the problematics of the educational and social inclusion and describes the wanted changes in the approach of schools and teachers. This part also explains the role of the pedagogical assistant, describes the work content and defines needed competences. The practical part introduces the qualitative research focused on pedagogical assistants in specific schools.
