[cze][eng] Předkládaná bakalářská práce je věnována tématu školní speciální pedagog přímo z pohledu školních speciálních pedagogů působících na základní škole. Cílem práce bylo popsat roli speciálního pedagoga na základní škole, zanalyzovat jeho náplň práce a popsat postavení speciálního pedagoga v pedagogickém týmu na základní škole. K dosažení cíle práce byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, metoda dotazování a technika polořízeného rozhovoru. Byly stanoveny 3 výzkumné otázky, které byly zaměřeny na činnosti, které vykonává speciální pedagog, na cílovou skupinu, se kterou pracuje a na pozici, kterou zaujímá v pedagogickém týmu. Výzkumný vzorek tvořili speciální pedagogové působící na základních školách v Plzni a Praze. Rozhovor byl uskutečněn s celkem 7 informanty. Získané informace byly vyhodnoceny pomocí otevřeného kódování a prezentovány formou kategorizace dat. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že role školních speciálních pedagogů na základních školách je z jejich strany i ze strany ostatních členů pedagogického týmu vnímána jako přínosná, mnohdy až nepostradatelná. Získané informace od informantů se z velké části shodují s odbornou literaturou a legislativou týkající se speciálních pedagogů. Rozhovory s informanty pomohly nahlédnout hlouběji do činností, které speciální pedagogové na základní škole vykonávají a s jakými problémy se během své práce potýkají. Výsledky této práce mohou přinést důležité informace o této pozici studentům, kteří by se chtěli stát školním speciálním pedagogem. Dále tato práce může být užitečná pro veřejnost, která se dozví více o roli školního speciálního pedagoga, získá náhled do jeho činností a může jim nastínit možnosti, které se jim naskytují, pokud na jejich základní škole tato pozice zřízená je. The presented bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of special pedagogue at school directly from the point of view of special pedagogues working at primary schools. The main goal of the work was to describe the role of a special pedagogue at a primary schools, to analyze its scope of work and to describe the position of a special pedagogue in a pedagogical team at a primary school. Qualitative research, method of questioning and technique of semi-controlled interview were used to achieve the goal of this work. I decided to set three research questions. All of these questions were focused on the activities performed by a special pedagogue; on the target group special pedagogue works with and on the position that special pedagogue occupies in the pedagogical team. The research samples were determined to be special pedagogues working at primary schools in Prague and in Pilsen. There were seven respondents in the interview. The obtained information pieces of information were evaluated using open coding and presented in the form of data categorization. The results of the research show that the role of school special pedagogues in primary schools is perceived by members of the pedagogical team as beneficial, even as indispensable. The information obtained from respondents is largely lined up with the literature and legislation concerning special pedagogues and educators. Interviews with respondents helped to gain a deeper insight into the activities that special pedagogues perform at primary schools and what problems they might be facing during their work. The results of this work can bring vital information about this position to students who would like to become special pedagogues at school. Furthermore, this work can be not only useful for the public, who will learn more about the role of the special pedagogue, but also gain insight into pedagogue's activities and can outline the possibilities that arise for them, if this position is established in their primary school.
