Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit strukturu a objem bioprodukce ze sledované ob-lasti a navrhnout možnosti jejího lepšího uplatnění na trhu. Práce je členěna na teore-tickou a empirickou část. Teoretické části probíhá literární rešerše a jsou zde před-staveny oblasti legislativy bioprodukce, akční plán ČR pro rozvoj zemědělství v le-tech 2021 až 2027, aktuální trh s potravinami, distribuční kanály biopotravin, zákaz-nické rozhodování o nákupu bioproduktu a udržitelnost trhu s biopotravinami. V empirické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, v němž jsou dotazování dodavatele (farmáři) platformy SCUK.cz. Jsou zde zkoumány nejrůznější oblasti jejich produkce a distribuce. Následně jsou vyhodnocena a interpretována získaná data, je vytvořen návrh opatření rozšíření objemu i sortimentu bioprodukce v regionu a jejího lepšího uplatnění na trhu a je provedena diskuse. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the structure and volume of bioproduction from the monitored area and to suggest possibilities for its better application on the market. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is a literature search and presents areas of organic production legislation, the Czech Republic's action plan for agricultural development in the years 2021 to 2027, the current food market, organic food distribution channels, customer decisions on orga-nic products and the sustainability of the organic food market. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey is conducted, in which the suppliers (farmers) of the SCUK.cz platform are interviewed. Various areas of their production and distribution are exa-mined here. Subsequently, the obtained data are evaluated and interpreted, a proposal for measures to expand the volume and range of organic production in the region and its better application on the market is created and a discussion is conducted.
