Tématem mé bakalářské práce je " Fyzioterapie orofaciální dysfunkce u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě." Cévní mozková příhoda je neurologické onemocnění, při kterém vzniká porucha jednotlivých částí mozku s danými specifickými příznaky. S problematikou tohoto onemocnění se setkává více a více populace, ale i přes informovanost o rizikových faktorech se nedaří její výskyt snížit. Závěrečná práce má za úkol zmapovat danou problematiku cévní mozkové příhody, následky onemocnění orofaciální oblasti a její případnou dysfunkci. Dále také navrhnout, zrealizovat a vyhodnotit použité fyzioterapeutické postupy u dvou probandů. Teoretická část se zabývá specifickými projevy cévní mozkové příhody dle postižené části mozku, popisem orofaciální oblasti a její případné dysfunkce, kdy může dojít ke ztrátě mimiky, řeči nebo poruše polykání. Poslední kapitola uvádí přehled terapie dané problematiky z pohledu fyzioterapeuta, ergoterapeuta a logopeda. V praktické části byly využity přístupy kvalitativního výzkumu, který zahrnoval kineziologické a neurologické rozbory dvou pacientů po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s parézou n. facialis. Díky rozborům byly sestaveny individuální krátkodobé a následně dlouhodobé rehabilitační plány pro jednotlivé probandy od akutní fáze cévní mozkové příhody. Fyzioterapie u těchto hospitalizovaných jedinců probíhala po dobu dvou týdnů na Jednotce intenzivní péče (JIP), Neurologickém oddělení a Rehabilitačním oddělení v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati a.s. ve Zlíně. The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Physiotherapy of patients after cerebral stroke orofacial dysfunction." Stroke is a neurological disorder that causes a disorder of individual parts of the brain with specific symptoms. Human population encounters difficulties of this disease more and more often. Even though the general public is informed of this disease, we cannot succeed to lower the occurrence. More and more populations encounter the problem of this disease, but despite the awareness of risk factors, it is failing to reduce its incidence. The purpose of this thesis is to map out the issue of stroke, consequences of orofacial disaes and its possible dysfunction. In addition, we propose, implement and evaluate the physiotherapeutic procedures used in three probands. The theoretical part deals with specific manifestations of cerebral stroke according to the affected part of the brain, description of orofacial area and it's possibly dysfunction which may result in the loss of a facial, speech or swallowing disorder. The last chapter of thesis examines the therapy of the subject from the point of view of the physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech therapy. In the practical part were utilized qualitative research approaches, which included kinesiological and neurological analyzes of two patients after ischemic cerebral stroke with n. facialis.. Individual short-term and subsequent long-term rehabilitation plans for individual probands from the acute phase of stroke were assayed. Physiotherapy for these hospitalized individuals took place for two weeks at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the Neurological Department and the Rehabilitation Department at the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín.
