Diplomová práce řeší faktory ovlivňující cenu rodinného domu. Cílem je porovnat tržní ceny rodinných domů a analyzovat nejdůležitější faktory působící na tržní ceny rodinných domů ve vybrané lokalitě jihočeského regionu. Diplomová práce obsahuje seznam literatury k dané problematice, metodický postup práce a vlastní výsledky. The graduation theses resolves the factors influencing the price of a family house. The goal is to compare the market prices of the family houses and analyse the most important factors influencing the market prices of the family houses in a selected area of the South Bohemia. The graduation theses ivolves a list of publications hanging together with this issue, methodical procedure of work and the actual results.
