V této práci jsem použila definované cílové sekvence transkripčního faktoru NHR-25 and GFP jako marker pro vizualizaci exprese genu nhr-25 během vývoje in vivo. Po vztvoření kmenů nesoucích tyto konstrukty byla analyzována exprese e její specificita prověřena RNAi. In this study, I utilized the defined (target) sequence for transcription factor NHR-25 and GFP as a marker to visualize where nhr-25 is active during the development in vivo. After obtaining worm strains carrying these constructs, the expression pattern was analyzed and the specificity of the expression was tested by means of RNAi.
